When I get to this point, I'm bribing Rudy to come down for a visit. I don't mind doing the bung, Y-pipe, but wiring it in....I like his install...

You can actually start to get really crazy if you want but these are the ones you really want to monitor. You could add oil temp to the mix but at the moment, there really isn't an easy way to get the temp of the oil actually being pumped through the engine and oil galleys, only a sensor that replaces the drain plug and that will just tell you the temp of the oil in the pan. Not that it's not good to monitor it but if you're going through the work of installing all these sensors, you want it to give you as true of a measurement as you get.

Feel free to PM myself or Rob with any questions.

Thanks
WILL THIS DEVICE MEASURE AMPS DROP AS THE BATTERY TEMP INCREASES???

Give me a shout if you have any questions regarding the install. My number is 952-292-4477. HERE is a cheat sheet to use to install the ZT-2. The wire colors may differ slightly from our cars to yours but the pins are all the same. Good luck and nice buy on the setup.

thanx! looks like shelton marked all the wires for me to do the install and im seeing about 5 wires that have to be soldered into the ecu harness. the hardest part looks like dismantling everything to hide all the wiring!!
im going to polish the y pipe while its off and also need to get a bung installed on the exhaust.
quick qeustion though. what size drill bit do i need to drill and tap the y pipe? 1/8 npt fitting correct?

"'R' drill size actually (.3390"). 11/32" is closest fraction (.3437")."

Got this from another forum but i do remember R being the one i always use, looks like 11/32 is the next closest, and probably more common.

Rudy's help is invaluable if you get hung up, id save that number in your phone
