Default Help with my service please

Hi there

I wonder if you can help. I have booked my 2007 srt6 in for its 2 spanner service 19,000 miles on the clock.
This will be its last service under manufacturers warranty and i was wondering if there is anything that the garage should look out for/change while the car still has warranty. My car is booked in for this Friday and the warranty runs out on the 1st of November

Many thanks

Here are the usual things that have been a problem in the past:

1) IC Pump
2) Heated Seats
3) Headlights fogging up (de-laminated)
4) Hatch Rattle

These are the top ones I can think of. Others may chime in. You can also use the search option and should be able to find more.

Good Luck!

Yeah mine was sold to me last year as an 08 SRT6. If you are the first owner they are allowed to sell it that way here in Australia, so i guess its the same in the UK

Have them check your rear shocks. I was getting a real bad clunk when going over bigger bumps it almost sounded and felt like the rear motor mount and the tranny smacking the center hump. When I took it to the dealer my mechanic told me there was a TSB about the rear shocks and corosion causing them to blow. He ordered a pair of rear shocks and they replaced them under warranty. When he removed them the right rear was blown and my problem was fixed.

Check for oil weeping from the right front (when facing the engine) valve cover gasket. I was able to fix my roadster by lightly torquing the bolts, but not the 2007 -- still has a slight leak.
