No, you will not grind the starter motor. The computer recognizes that the car is running and won't let the starter engage. WARNING, I have only done this on my Charger. If your starter grinds, don't blame me!
No....that will not work.

It's been discussed and tried here before.

Steve, maybe it's because I didn't pull the fuses to disengage the TC.

This is the location of the wire for traction control this little fuse box is in front of the battery
