Re: stupid rim question
my front offset is +32 with no spacers on a 19x8.5" wheel. i
my rear offset is +25 with 10mm spacers in the rear just to make it sit more aggressive. i am now wishing i had gone EVEN WIDER with the rear tires, i truly think a 295 would have easily fit back there, and i may even try a 20x10.5" rim and 305/30 tire with a 12mm spacer next year.
i did undergo the task of fitting larger tires than usual in the front and rear. the 235/35/19's up front were the most trouble after lowering, but setting the camber helped pull the meat away from the suspension. you have to get her on a lift and just see what can be removed, replaced or hammered and smoothed out. i used a hammer and a zaw-saw quite a bit! really won't take much time either. i also removed a lot of weight from my rear hatch so i could make the rear tires flush with the rear fenderwells without hitting them on big bumps.
because i chose such an expensive tire for the car, i knew i'd be annoyed by uneven wear caused by not setting the camber. food for thought.
btw, the pics of my car DO NOT do it justice, i will post some new pics soon. the lip on my rear wheels is 4-inches wide, and the car looks way more aggressive than appears. the H&R drop is a bit lower than the eibach drop too.

hey guys if you check the site in my last reply
would the 20 by 11 with a 3 Inch lip look good or look bad..i figure bigger lip you wont need spacers to make the car look more aggressive..
i know i will get a 19 front with a .8 or 1 lip but the back i have problems..
yea jfire if you could get bigger pics focused on the back rim more would be great..thanks guys
