Don't forget to fake some timeslips, print off about 500 of them and pour them in the footwell so when you get out of your car they will spill onto the ground in front of people and you can act like you race 10 second 1/4 miles in your srt6 all the time lol.

ouch little harsh mopar lol I perfer the styling of the SRT6 over the limited if he had srt6 rims on that crossfire and I was in the market for a limited, that crossfire would be much more appealing to me then say a regular limited. With that being said it is kinda like the guys turning the ferro into a F360 with fiberglass and a few emblems.

I dont know I see both sides of the story hahah it is only a half fail in my book lol

It just drives me nuts to see people with base model cars that spend all the time/money to make it look like the performance version it is NOT. I have nothing against the bumper, brakes and am borderline on the spoiler..................buy why put SRT-6 labelled seats in the damn thing. If someone likes suede then have the OEM seats reupholstered or buy some katskin seat covers.

I will give him some credit for not putting the SRT-6 badge on the back though.

With all those upgrades, they could have owned an actual SRT-6! I still can't figure people out sometimes.

I figure the owner simply got a line on a salvaged SRT6 in a yard (probably close to where he lived) and just cannibalized the carcass for everything he could get off it.
Several people on the forum have installed the SRT "whale tails", on their NA cars, and many more have used the SRT's front bumper. Others just used their wheels.
Their reasons for doing so could be as diverse as they are.
After all, there are only a little over 3000 SRT's to go around, and the supply probably doesn't meet the actual demand.
To some people, just having the SRT "Look" is enough to keep them satisified. Being a "poseur" saves a lot of money over the initial SRT purchase price, and more expensive upkeep of an SRT in the long run, and remember, not everybody is a drag racer.
Of course spending their money just to give their car a more "menacing" persona doesn't increase its performance a nit, but to them the "Intimidation" factor is priceless.
Porsche even offered a 930 "Turbo Look" wide bodies from the factory on their non turbo cars, so even they understood there was a market for such things.
I can understand owners of "real" SRT's getting upset everytime they see a clone of their car. But probably no more so than true Shelby Mustang owners get now that there are probably 1000's more Shelby Mustangs from the 60's than ever left the Shelby "skunk works". Besides, imitation is the most sincerest form of flattery.
As for the seller's misleading comment, saying it has a SRT "Package", that was just his way to make his internet ad stand out over everybody elses.
He just didn't say it was "HIS" package, that's all. A more accurate way of putting it would have been, The Car includes many SRT6 upgrades, and then list them. But as always, "Caveat Emptor"....buyer beware.
