I have the hankooks on my 2007 Magnum SRT8 and they stick like glue. I run 0-6- in 4.4 seconds consistently and the car handles and rides so much better than the F1's that it came with. Check out the new Car and Driver, the tires came in 2nd place overall with very stiff competition; and they are a bargain.

I have the stock staggered 20" mag wheels from the factory. The Hankooks come in our staggered size and are also unidirectional, so no swapping from side to side the only downside. However, at the price they are at, buying 2 new ones for the back will not set you back that far. I live in Northern Illinois and a company called Waukegan tire put all 4 on for $726.00 out the door with new stems and the high speed balancing. F1's were approaching 2000 bucks and from my experience, once they start to wear, they suck in the rain and on the pavement; total tire spin.

After 3 weeks and 400-500 miles with the Potenza RE11s, I like them a lot better than the Michelin Pilot Sports 2s they replaced. They've maintained their grip in turns that would have had the Michelins breaking loose. The RE11s ride a little better, are slightly less noisy, and are cheaper to boot. The only advantage that the Michelins have is a better wear rating, and wear ratings don't mean a lot in real world driving with these types of tires.

in defense of the ps2's, i broke my new ones in on a drive to yosemite and back last weekend (200 mile mountainous round trip). they have tons of grip and were especially sure-footed in the hairpins. well worth the additional expense.

just saw this thread, I wouldn't buy the Goodyear F1's GS D3's again, nice tire, don't grip in the turns enough to suit me....good luck

Just put Kumho Acsta's on the car last week. So far os good. Tomorrow I leave for Jacksonville and drive about 1,500 miles round trip so I'll know for sure if I made the right choice.

Cool Re: Tires - whats your choice?

I just put a set of Hankooks on mine, and I am very pleased with them. They run way quieter than the stock Pilot Sports, and are very grippy in both wet and dry conditions.

Great for the price! $800 to my door www.discounttiredirect.com

???? The stock wheels are 19's in the rear and 18's up front. There are no "stock staggered 20's" on the Crossfire. You must have the wrong forum.

As for tire choice my rear PS2's were replaced at 11,000 miles which was very disappointing. I was gonna switch but found a new set on this forum for 400$ so I bought those. I do like the look of the BF Goodrich G Force on our cars. I have no idea of the noise or the ride with them but that tire looks awesome on our cars, that will probably be my next set.
