I can do one better one better, We can wrap both pillars in the headliner fabric they will look 100% stock. It is more expensive then paint but the only way I would go if you are trying to achieve an EXACT oe look.

Cool do you have any pics? I have to figure out what I'm going to do next with the car. However I really do need gauges. Especially Air/Fuel, and Boost.

Well, after working out some issues , my meth kit is finally working!! I just took it out for a quick spin in 58 deg weather and saw around 11.0-11.2 A/F right into 3rd (I could only get it up to 80-85mph on a side road). The SC pulley will go on tomorrow. I will run it on the street for a bit and If I feel like it's stable enough for the track, I will try and make it out this weekend.

what was your a/f ratio without it? what size nozzle are you using? 3gph or 6gph or larger?

what were your IAT temps with it on? does yours have a progressive controller on it?

A/F was 12.0 - 12.6 usually, for some reason mid to top of 3rd is giving me issues. I went with the middle nozzle which is 315cc/min. Supposedly this is good for cars 250hp to 400hp. You think it's enough? I only took it out for a quick spin and it's raining out today. I am not sure on the IAT's yet. I have the AEM kit and it does have a progressive controller.

Depending on your pump pressure that is roughly a 5gph nozzle which is about what you want on these motors. you do not want to replace too much fuel with alky.

Here is a free calculator and the forum has some good info on it:

http://www.alcohol-injection.com/for...lator-351.html

Dropping roughly 1 point is pretty good, I bet when you get the other pulley on there you will be right around 12.5:1 a/f ratio which is what Inmotion said is where we want to be. Not sure about that high of a boost level though, you may want to go a little richer, you would need to discuss that with your tuner.

I am on several meth injection forums and ask a lot of questions and try to learn as much as I can on it. It worked great on my last car that I installed a supercharger on.

I can not wait to hear your results at the track!

(Caution DA related comment)

I hope you make it to the track. This should be very interesting. Water/Meth here in the summer usually gets the cars back to the times it was running in the winter. Essentially lowering DA with the cold air, but your already in cold air. I know your using it to lower your afr's, but technically it should trick your ecu into thinking it's running in cooler weather (better DA) and increase boost. Also increasing afr's. The only time I ever seen anything over 12.5:1 was when I ran at famoso in 1600' DA. Your going to be easily at sea level with w/m or possibly without. I would get a baseline with just the w/m first, at least on a pull all the way through 3rd.

I'm bored so here are some pics of my meth kit installed in the trunk. I gotta thank my dad for making it look as nice as it does. We re-did the wiring installing a fusable link and an activation switch so I can turn it on or off. We made a bracket, drilled some holes, covered it with some carpet and a cleaned the wiring up. This is how it turned out......

Looks good. Looking forward to the results. I just wanted to add I have 240's manifolds and stacked code 3 68mm pulley. My AF ratio is 11.8-12.5 with Rob's Inmotion tune.(sensor after the primary cats). IAT's are on the high side so I might need to invest in a meth kit as well.

That is good news that your A/F is right there with the stacked setup. I think if you add the meth, you will have a winner! I have the SC pulley on and the meth kit working and she is pulling ridiculously hard down low, but...........::Sigh::, im seeing my A/F spike. It starts off great at 11.5-12.0, then it goes to 17 when it hits around 5k in 2nd gear. I ran it a couple of times and same thing happend. I shut her down and threw the cover on it. I didn't play around with the boost controller though so I am not sure I even have it set right? I didn't have any belt slippage though with woody's idler pulley which was good. Rob is working some magic for me (hopefully), to make this setup work. I need to get it tuned as well, but im still unsure which route to go with this. Also, I am going to go with a near 50/50 mix of distilled water and meth to see if anything changes. Right now im running washer fluid and I believe that is only 5% meth?? Anyway, my thinking is that if I went with a true 50/50, it would help richen it up. Any input on that?

here you go, i still have this loaded on my server. this tells you the % meth in brands of washer fluid by the temp (winter mix) ratings.

Distant I know this is more for function then looks but the install looks less then amateur, why not hide it or clean it up a little? I know you could come up with something better than that... Why not run the switch up by you, the driver, with the led. Hide the tank in the wheel well or where the tire kit goes and keep the ole SRT looking stock. HAHAH i cant be the only one looking to give you a hard time about this can I?

LOL, yeah I could have done something like that, but it would have been twice the work. :P also I wanted easy access to the tank so I can see it. The instructions were to mount the tank straight up and down with the pump lower than the tank. It was the easiest way to install it. I won't go into details, but it looked way more amaturish upon the initial install and was not happy about it nor did it initially work. My dad and I tried to make it look better and I'm happy with the way it finally turned out. Who looks in the trunk anyway?! :P
