Hands down these are the best for our light cars. Tilt trailers are a must.

lol, there is no way I will trailer a street car to the track. I have always driven my cars up and back even if it is 6+ hours away.

I got a big kick out of this guy in virginia, he and his "race team" trailered his supra to the track, his "team" pushed it out to the staging lanes and handed him his helmet. He then started the car and pulled up to the tree and proceeded to run 9.5 second/79mph 1/8 mile times lmao.

Anyway, my personal feeling is that I would not do that unless the car was running 10's or faster and was made into more of a race only car. I know some people trailer everything but that is my choice not to. I would only do it if my car was no longer reliable because of being modded to the extreme.

the first ones you have pictured are really nice though.

Bulldogger,

Where exactly do you live? I am pretty sure that Raceway Park and Island Dragway are closer to you than Atco??

Hmm, I live about 10 minutes from Atco Raceway.

I did use two sets last summer.
And no you can't fit one in the trunk.....
I have gone the wrap them in garbage bags and stack them in the front seat with the top down.
Turned a corner too fast forgetting what was next to me and they fell on the shifter ...had to pull over and get out to fix that situation.

Oh and ya have to double bag unless ya get help....the bag sticks to the tires cause there so sticky and tears.
Same with taking them out of the bags its tear and peel...and peel and peel.

So bring a box of bags...thats my exp.

Oh and got caught in the rain once with the tires next to me also....
And they make alot of noise, with the bags flappin in the wind!

Boy, that sounds like too much work. Just buy some sticky street tires and call it a day.

True that, I went through 3 sets of hoosiers last season, and well into my 4th pair now. But for you guys that daily drive and want a good pair, I say go with the nitto's. They just need a great dry burnout, no water for 6-10 secs and the rocks on the return row with stick to them like flypaper.

LoL, you are waaaay out there! :P Well, I know that Long Island Motorsports Park is looking to open again, but im not sure what the status is with that place. I would say Island would be the closest to you. That is in Great Meadows, NJ (North West). Raceway park is probably a little over an hour southeast of Island in central Jersey. Then there is Atco. If you want to go north, there is Lebanon Valley.

I've got no problem buying a trailer, its the truck that I need to pull it that costs too damn much!
