actually, that's a good point! even i drove with it in 'W' when i test drove the first time! i thought..."this isn't that impressive..." then i flipped the switch, and lit up the tires!

Yep, he is talking about the impeller. That is what seems to be breaking on the pumps. At least based on the ones shown taken apart.

Thanks Mike yep that's it. Mine wasn't broke and still functioned but had lots of build up on it. I changed it with a new bosch anyway.

Still the fastest in the west until Mike runs in 2 weeks.

Hey guys thanks for all the excellent help. I took the car out tonight after I tried the throttle reset and it was a vast improvement! I still smell a slight belt smell but I don't see any problems with the belts. The car still seems to lag a little bit when it is in D but it definitely smokes the tires in auto stick mode. I still only took the car on a very short trip tonight as I don't have my insurance card yet and I went to change the oil and fiters this weekend before I give the car a good workout. Thanks again, I really appreciate all the help. Now I just need to figure out which mod to do first, by reading all the posts it looks as if the needswings intake is the way to go.
