2-Tone paint
Re: 2-Tone paint
I like two tone paint jobs but the most important aspect is having the paint come down a few inches on the sides. Very important. But most two tone modern cars are box-like cars, like chargers, mustangs, 300's, so it works a little better than the rounded crossire.
But you're onto something...

Re: 2-Tone paint
I can see where you are going with this. If you search for images of the Bugatti Veyron (slobber!) there are loads shown with a black bonnet/roof over a blue body. However, the very defined bonnet on the Veyron gives a clear boundary where logic dictates the black paint should stop. The Crossfire is a very different animal. I personally like two tone jobs, but I think your proposal lacks subtlety, and the transition point between the two colours doesn't work (to my eyes, at least!). However, it's your car, and it is not for me to stop you if the design works for you.
Whatever you decide to do, have fun!

I would get a nice paint job done in one solid color.

I love two tones! I would avoid strong contrasting colors it chops the car up. Going farther down the side with a good design would look especially cool, but you need someone with talent to pull that off. If the car was white you could use about any color but that blue....someone suggested silver that's one that would work. I personally like blue and cream but that's not for everybody.
