I'm beginning to think the the 3.20 something rear end on the N/A will benefit us for sure and help lower the et's. If this an easy swapping out of the gears or is the N/A different?

 

What about adapting the blower from the AMG 55's those are capable of mid 400's on the dyno...

I know hooleyboy on MBWorld did the opposite. He put the C32/SRT6 supercharged on his C55...

It would be the same issues...the whole 6cylinder v. 8cylinder thing.

Actually Hooley has an E55 SC on his C55. I don't think it's possible to add an E55 SC to our cars because it longer and the extra two ports. Now slapping an E55 motor in a six will get it 11.5's easy.

MD is already in the 11.5's without nitrous. With 2 rounds of port and polishing, I doubt anybody else is going to spend 5k plus to gain 2 tenths of a second. The right setup in -600 DA with get you 11.5's without any p/p.

 

You're right...I couldn't remember which part he stuck with the C or the 55. Haha.

Yeah, p/p would help, for me I'm working on that driver mod now...that should gain me a couple tenths in weight reduction without paying 5k. haha.

 

No joke on the driver mod. My tip is when you got the launch down and want to lose 60 lbs, take out the passenger seat. It's the easiest weight loss you'll get.

Hooley is alot like MD. He'll throw all he has at it to get results. He's on SC #2 and hasn't been back to the track since putting on the new one. I got him hooked and that was it for him. He should be sub 11.5's with all the new goodies if the axles hold up. That's the next issue, axles. At 11.7's and slower I don't think there is enough power to snap one, but getting faster may.

 

Meth, meth, meth and some more meth. some sort of open downpipe or header. Ive read the stock exhaust flows pretty well but there has to be a better alternative. Im sure its expensive as hell to so thats why i say meth all the say. Maybe some headwork too. Is there such a thing as a supercharger upgrade for the srt-6? Cause that would def do it.

 

Look into the SS exhaust from Eurocharged I had great gains with this setup. I can't remember exactly but I think it was 17hp and 20ftlbs torque.

I'm sure my car is running in the 11's (g tech 240) but the local track won't let me run without a roll bar (roadster) because of the NHRA Regulations.

 

i looked it to it. About twice as much as my budget allows. I think the exhaust would be great if you had all the basic mods and wanted to squeeze out as much power as possible. Still looks like a nice piece though.
