Well, my SRT is 150 miles away from warranty so I took it in for a couple of small naggin' issues. Now I have been somewhat critical of this dealership in the past as they have half a$$ed service our two crossfires. Now for some reason they took care of all my issues but also one I did not mention. When I got the car at 6K miles and one of the louvers on the passengers side for the heat was broken at the piviot point. Well wouldn't you know it....... they found it on their own and replaced it. I don't know, maybe the bail-out, maybe the season, maybe who knows.

It was such a boost to have a satisfying experience at the dealership.
