Well after talking numbers the car with 17,770 miles was worth $20825 TN taxes = 22,362 - 500 deductible = $21,862 total. ~$9300 to pay off lien and they wanted $4500 for the salvaged car but I had to pass on it, $2500 though would have been another story. I figured we'll get a good deal on the maxcare warranty on the next one and $4500 would have been half of the payoff current or future. Plus, I want to put heads and cam in my car soon soooooo I already pulled off the needswings cai off and replaced the stock intake, ran it and revved it up one last time for sentimental reasons to say goodbye. LOL..bleeeeep ran like a champ!!! I really don't have a place to store it or the time and equipment necessary to pull it all apart and scrap it out. I'll try to find out the name of where they are taking it for salvage or auction if anyone needs parts in the future. Thanks again!

 

I sent you a PM the other night. Did you by chance get it? I'd take the whole thing for $4500 if the panels I needed off it would still be good. If this is a possibility, let me know.

Rudy I received your message but we needed to get the insurance check asap so we can jump on her other new car possibly this weekend. Honestly guys I would have had to store it too far away from me at my father's place and he said he already has too many junk cars sitting around and didn't want another.

The time it would take me to run there and pull parts with the small profit I could have made for my time wouldn't have been worth it and the trouble. Yes, a parts car would be really nice but to buy and pay off a new car quicker is more important to her. Gotta please her ya know?

Also, I already have a bad back, gimme a break....geeeeez!

 

I'm so sad If needing the money was an issue, I'd have wired you the money. Well, PLEASE, pretty please PM me the yard it's going to. If they wanted $4500 for it, maybe if I'm lucky, I can snag it for a little more than that.
