NW gaskets installed...
I think I mentioned in another post that I have the NW gaskets installed. I didn't give any input on the install so I will give you that now.
The gaskets are very nicely made and come with spacer gaskets also. Everything stays at the same relative hight. I was installing two sets of these gaskets on C3P 6mm phenolics. The gaskets fit was okay but not as close as I would prefer. The gasket inside edges do not come up to the phenolic edges as I would like and the outsides are a bit big and overhang enough to push against the engine. That being said, they do work fine.
Install notes of interest.
1. Use some kind of tacky adhesive to make a sandwich of the two gaskets and the phenolic spacer. I tried several times to put the three pieces in and then set the manifold on top and drop the screws in and just could not get everything aligned to get the screws into the holes. I used non-hardening Permatex. It did the job fine but you should find something that isnt as messy.
2. You will need to get longer bolts for the front and rear of the manifold. My C3P spacers came with longer front bolts. The rear bolts need to be M6x1-120mm. With the 6mm spacer and two .125" thick gaskets you are 1/2" higher and the factory rear bolts just grab the top thread or two. Gues what happens when you go to tighten them down.....hey, where did those threads go? The holes in the intake tubes go all the way through so the longer bolt will not bottom out. Note that SS bolts this long are not cheap. MSC sells in a pack of 10 for $32.00.
As for functional performance. This would be hard for me to tell. I havent gotten back to the dyno to see how the latest tune and the gaskets perform yet. I did get boost numbers at the last dyno so I will be able to compare the old numbers with phenolics and C3P/OE gaskets to the NW gaskets and phenolics.

Re: NW gaskets installed....
Excellent information as always, MikeR. Appreciate you sharing your experience.
If yours was losing any pressure from there, it’s likely been rectified.
I’ve successfully used Gasgacinch to make gaskets tacky (easing assembly) and improve their sealing characteristics.

Re: NW gaskets installed....
Not sure if I was loosing any boost with the other gaskets. According to my last dyno I was hitting 17.7 - 18.1psi with the newly mod'ed manifolds and OE/C3P gaskets. I had hit 20 previously at the track with stock mani's. I only know that because I got a MAP exceeded error CEL and that is what it showed when I used the DRB II to read the freeze frame data. I think we may be seeing a little lower boost with the modified manifolds, but an increase in hp/torque.

I seemed to have more than enought threads to reuse the factory bolts.
Make sure to coat the spacers with gasket maker or gasket spray to help with sealing.
I have to say, do not expect a big difference in heat transfer though.

Re: NW gaskets installed...
I used the C3P bolts supplier for the front bolt hole and the M6x1-120 bolt on the very back hole. I did not use the C3P couplings for two reasons; 1) I think they are too flimsy and 2) I received two very nice heavy couplings with my 240M3SRT moded manifolds.
