Ok, I figured it out for ya. Get two BIG washers (diameter of the inside of the pulley). Drill four holes for the bolts. Enlarge the center hole so it will fit over the shaft. Now, put one of those washers on the inside of your pulley and one on the outside. Line up the holes and slide it over the shaft. Feed the four bolts through the holes and tighten them.
Problem solved!!!

I used to have people come to me with siezed crank shaft main bearings on their motorcycles years ago ( I was a motorcycle mechanic ), they had installed standard spec bearings and NOT C3 clearanced - the rpm's and resulting heat caused too much expansion and then seizure. C3's fixed the problem.

The time involved to pop the caps, thoroughly clean, re-pack, re-seal, inspect and then ship all those bearings would drive the cost and effort way up. Not to mention any possible quality issues that might arise from the re-working.
Best just to source the proper bearing, spec’ed to the proper parameters and that will arrive "ready-to-go."
Unsealed bearings that fit our RPM needs are actually pretty easy to come by. You just need to re-pack them every 6-12 months. A sealed, greased-for-life bearing seems like a better fix IMHO.
BTW - I'm going to order two of the Hybrid Ceramic Bearings tomorrow.
One to test fit in my pulley and one to test fit in a ASP pulley.
I should probably order three and have one test fit in an Idler pulley that's stamped "LET Motorsports" as I think my idler pulley may acutually be an ASP Idler.
Any test platforms out there?

As soon as I have the spec sheet, I will post it.
I hope to have them next week.

Re: !!! LET Motorsports Pulley Failure !!!
The company is http://www.ortechceramics.com/
The part is ss6303-2rs sealed with oil. 20,000 RPM max.
Stainless races and retainer with rubber seals.
$21.50 is my cost at 50-100 units. I'm going to need 100.
If you would rather go with ceramic bearings, then the cost will be $50+ a bearing, but you can be assured it will be worth it. I can pay the first $20 towards a ceramic bearing if you so choose that part instead.
Just giving options here.

People spend $600+ on a pulley set, $450 for a metal intake tube with a filter.
I myself wouldnt hesitate for a $50 bearing. Thats nothing.
