just measured. all piping is 2.5" on it. the tips are 'not-quite' 2.5"

probably gives better back-pressure down-low and reduces noise by having the tips slightly smaller. there will definitely be some customizing too. it's a beautiful setup though, very good quality.

Yea it looks like it fits right were our factory resonator is. See how the pipe goes in and out of the same side. Not good for max flow. Also, if that pipe is only 2.5 its smaller than the stock AMG catback(2.75").

I hope it all works out for j-fire. But i would send that thing straight back. Looks shiny/pretty but thats it. May gain a few HP but i wouldnt be suprised if it actually lost power.

J-fire i dont suppose you plan to dyno before and after do you?

well a dyno before and after would be a great way to see how this exhaust works for the supercharged crowd

240, just read this thread as well as the old one, did you ever try to build this to sell on the forum? I think I will print the photos and take them to the shop if this isn't something you are building for sale...that exhaust looks spectacular under the car, you do nice work...and did I see headers mentioned, that would certainly complete the system...
