Default TVT is still great...

i just wanted to post this....
though i still have not received my order form TVT, i am NEVER ignored, and i have always been treated kindly and quickly by anthony. (usually via blackberry)

to me, it seems like LET is dropping the ball, not TVT.

anthony has agreed to refund my phenolic spacer order, and i have ordered code3 spacers instead. still waiting on LET to find out if anything else is coming...

I would also like to endorse TVT as a good company.
I have always found Anthony helpfull and quick to reply to both my questions and orders.

I would not hesitate to do business with this company again, keep it up Anthony!

Anthony goes above and beyond to respond and fix problems. Great company and a pleasure to do business with.

Same goes for me, I just got the injectors from him and maybe 3 different orders with no complaints.

I appreciate all the positive comments and promise to continue doing my best to please the community.

One question though, does it look more or less professional if I answer everything through the Blackberry? Or does it not matter? I'm trying to learn all the little details now so that as we grow they don't hold us back.

I appreciate the quick response (and you taking the time to interrupt what you're doing) rather than worrying about format

In any business, it's the 2-way communication that matters. The method used, as long as it suffices for prompt, accurate and honest communication, is immaterial. Go with what works for you and your customers.
