Default Ouch !!!

Hello, I have a post in the " coupe " category regarding someone backing into the front of my Limited XF the other day. My question for you SRT guys is whether or not your front bumper cover with the chin spoiler is made as one piece or if the spoiler is a seperate part. I want to upgrade to the SRT look but I have had trouble finding pics of the actual part. I know what they look like on the car, thats why I want to upgrade but havent found pics of the " part " itself. Any info would be appreciated.

The SRT bumper is one piece.

Thanks for the info. The body shop called a while ago and apparently Chrysler wont gaurantee the SRT nose to fit the Limited. Apparently for " liability " reasons they wont say one way or the other whether or not it is a direct replacement part. If anyone has expereince with this swap I would appreciate any input. I would hate to order the SRT part to find out there is some sublte difference in mounting points or something. Thanks

To answer the next question:
Yes, several folks have replaced their limited or base front fascia with the SRT fascia, and it is a direct bolt on (from what I'm told).

That's stupid. Of course it will fit. Lots here have done it. FP just replaced his limited bumper with the SRT-6 bumper.

Thanks guys. I did some research and figured it would, but some first hand knowledge is always helpful. I know it looks identical from the " outside " just didnt want to have any "surprises" as far as mounting it. Thanks for the input. I am looking forward to the better SRT style once its done.

Let them know that the SRT bumper is actually cheaper than the Limited bumper, I'm sure that will change their minds

Another case of Chrysler's lack of understanding of these cars. Get use to it.
