Of what? Do you have some that fit? I'd be interested to see them. I think Molded Splash guards that are color matched would be nice. No one makes them that I know of.

I went with the 3M vinyl to protect the paint behind the wheels...you have to have something there to protect the paint especially with wide tires. Or I guess you could just leave the car in the garage all of the time, but there is no fun in that! HA!

If you do know of a nice set of molded flapps let us know.

Cheers,

Don't know much about mud flaps. Except; They don't make a car go any faster but they do make it last longer.

I would be interested.

no, no, no, for the love of whatever made-up deity you believe in, no.

i thought maybe the "let's put gaudy stick on **** on our cars" generation was dying off, i guess i was wrong.

i bet we're not too far from some schmuck wanting to put a cloth or vinyl top on a Crossfire.

Cool Re: Mudd Flapp's

I'd also be interested in molded mudd flaps - I hate that the car will get potential damage from debris...someone has to make something...no?

I guess I should rethink my idea for a spare tire Continental kit

Come on folks. We are not talking about huge guady flaps with silhoutes of busty babes here.

I think we are talking about a protective measure.

I didn't want to break up the clean lines of my '75 Starfire untill I had repainted the rocker panels three times in the first year I had it.

Small, desceet, chrome or color matching panels wouldn't hurt the lines of the car. I wouldn't mind some wheel well protection either, if it didn't make my roadster look like a Lincoln TC.

Don't think about a Continental kit. You'll hurt yourself.

Now you did it... got me thinking of a Continental Kit with a busty babe silhouette on it

Seriously if you are considering mud flaps check into some old posts, there were some ideas for holding on the small plastic ones with metal office clips so they could be taken off and back on easily with no drilled holes or screws

I would call them burn out flaps though, keep the rubber in one place.
