Re: pulley's
Alfdoc, If I ever get my WP pulley you can try out my Aero with the 181mm pulley. I think that is the best size for power and leave a good margin on the SC rpm's.
The SC pulley looks pretty good and is close to the 178mm crank pulley from what folks are saying so far. Maybe I should put that on my stock SSB. Nobody would be able to tell the difference looking at it.

Re: pulley's
I am going to the track with my car and BlueMd's car on Sunday. I have the 181 and he has the 185( he won't be there I'll be driving both and I'll try to switch my slicks over to his at least once to make it fair), we both have supporting mods as well. The weather forecast is 75 deg. and sunny with 40%hum. 80 feet above sea level. Probably a da around 1000. Should be a perfect day to make some test runs. I will compare his to mine with no n2o. Then of course I have to have some fun with N2o, I know a lot of you guys hate the n2o but it cools them iat's right down and da is irrelavant( I call it atmosphere in a bottle)!

I have noticed that even during a mild take off from a stop sign, the minute you hit second it is like someone drops a boat anchor....flashing yellow light and that "what happened" feeling...oh yeah I forgot to turn TC off....
It is now almost automatic...start car, seatbelt on, TC off.

Re: pulley's
You need some more mods, I guess your not laying down much power! I drove my car and bluemd's today for a bit and with t/c off their sideways in 2 seconds Day to day driving t/c needs to be on with ours. Even with it on, no boat anchor? just haulin a*s. I think a tune might help you and a breathing aparatus like a needswings cai

F traction control........it just makes everybody less of a driver. Leave it off and learn how to "ride the bull" bareback. It actually rained today(I know it's crazy) and I still took the 6 out(traction control off as always) and drove all over town as always.

I've been driving high HP cars all my life and also went to the Skip Barber driving school so I'm not worried. My Charger has 450rwhp and the 6 is around 400rwhp and before that I had a 300fwhp SRT-4 and a 300hp 77 Chevy Monza. If you don't know your cars full potential(and have control over it) then how can you control the car in an emergency situation??? I know what my cars will perform and react in rain or sunshine and use it to my advantage.

I have no problem overpowering the traction control... I said at moderate acceleration from a stop tc is noticable and cuts in and at second gear shift.

Come to vegas sometime and experience the "drivers" out here. I am constantly having to avoid accidents due to pure idiots and drunks on the road. Just last night I was on a 2 lane highway in the pouring rain in my Charger and this drunk guy cut me off when I was in the fast lane(suprise) and proceeded to slow down below the speed of every other lane. Then he decided to drive in the middle of the two lanes slightly swerving back and forth. I passed that guy up REAL fast on part of the lane and the shoulder that he wasn't in and was 10x safer than sitting behind/near him and waiting for him to wreck and take me with him. I use my riding theor on the road "when in doubt power out" which has kept me accident free for 9 years. I have been hit by other cars(always their fault) 6 times though and most of those were when I was stopped at a light.

Thanks Jeff! If the track was that full I would just have left myself. I'm not big on waiting extreme amounts of time for a run. 12.2 is respactable, and seeing as you only got one run to get it right, thats actually pretty good. As long as this weekend is just a test and tune only (no big events), I'll come out and see what we can get.
