Here is the custom option, I might have the worst power point skills of anyone you know, I was messing with this for about 4 hours last night and finally just said it wasn't worth it. Its tough you have to download this image set up and keep everything at the same dimensions, then upload and design your gauges, once you have done that you have to realize you are working with transparencies all kinds of crap lol. If anyone wants to try I will hop on board and I'm sure there will be more to follow. Anyway here is the website, http://www.thehoffmangroup.com/aurora/ here is the download http://www.thehoffmangroup.com/aurora/aurora.html there are instructions on there somewhere depending on what program you want to use. They are not cheap though, they are cheaper if you build them yourself but then you have to mess with paint and hope u don't mess something up, you loose your piece of mind that it will be done right the first time.
below is the image that would look BA on every gauge
AS far as install goes, boost is fairly easy, water/intercooler temp is pretty easy, I don't think air to fuel is too tough either, that is what i am going to run.

I don't know why but I never really like that look.

I will try and mess with the gauge design this weekend. I would like to keep them as close to the OEM look as possible...

If we could get the gauge design to look like the 06' SRT6 emblems, that would be cool! I already put those on my car so it would match them. If not, no big deal.....

A boost gauge is nice to have because we have determined after a certain level the ecu will stop adjusting and the MAP sensor will stop reading. Its nice to know how close you are to that point and when things start to go haywire.
As far as the wiring and routing of the wires it SUPER EASY. Mounting the sensors in the engine is a little trickier, but not bad.

all kidding aside I have been working on this all day, I am falling in love with this project even more then I thought. This morning I went to joanne fabrics for the first time in my life, bought some fabric to make the triple pillar, then went to homedepot and got the remaining supplies. build cost total so far is at $183.00, not bad but we are going to need a ton more resin and cloth, possibly some tape and maybe gloves I have been going through them like crazy.
anyway.......I am on my fifth mold, that doesn't mean only one more to go to ship out, that means only one more to go before I can put them all together. For those who know how the fiberglass game works, they feel my pain, for those who don't you have to make outside molds to make inside molds if that makes since. Anyway hopefully tomorrow you will get a better idea of the finished product.
Here is a question for you all ? what color is your pillar look at the pictures on page 2. I think we all have that color regardless of what our interior is, same with the headliner. Correct me if I am way wrong but I remember that same color in my ltd even though everything else was different. Anyway if that is the case I want to take care of the painting, I have a painter who can probably swing a pretty good price for all of them. I want to be able to send you guys a perfect ready to install finished product. But its up to you guys......
hope you enjoy the teaser pics, sorry the ole' iphone is not so hot at taking pictures. I tried to put the flood light on them I don't think it helped. oh and before I get emails on How fiberglass doesn't stick to tin foil why the Hell didn't I just use that instead of wasting all that tape, I ran out lol Im not an amateur....

Its up too the guys who have already paid but we might extend it another day or two now that people can see some progress, not only will it bring the price down for everyone but I wouldn't mind spending a little extra on shipping to make sure these will arrive in the same condition as when they leave. With that being said depending on how busy I am completion is probably only about 2 to 3 weekends out. lol I guess cross my fingers thats what I want, but I see a ton of sanding in my future lol...
