Question Another Pump Bites the Dust?

Hey guys,
I'm a new SRT-6 owner. I bought my SRT-6 about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It has 29k miles on it. I've already had to take it back to Carmax to get the typical transmission leak fixed. I found the TSB on here, so that helped to solve the problem. They replaced the entire valve body...$1,880 later I had my car back. I didn't owe anything.

Now, I've been noticeing that when i tend to get on the car it'll start pulling and then fall on it's face, and then its very slugglish after that. I have to push the pedal half way to the floor just for the car to go. I'm 95% sure it's the IC pump, but is there anything else it could be. I was considering just installing a new johnson pump, but I don't feel liking having to pay out of pocket to fix it when the dealer will do it for free.

I have a couple questions to help solve the pump problem. I read that if you turn the key to the on position, you should be able to hear the pump, I can't, even with my ear right up to it. Also, yesterday I was running the car hard trying to figure out why it was being sluggish and when I got home i noticed the CEL was on, was that due to the intake temperature being way to high and setting off the sensor?

Any help from you guys would be appreciated. I would like to get my SRT fixed so I can feel what it is really suppose to feel like, power wise, since I don't believe I have experienced that yet.

Thanks!

if the dealer will replace the pump for free, then i would say let them do it! just know that it is going to be a continual problem with the Bosch pump...
