you had to have your seatbelts on.....
Re: Sideswiped at 65!!
Punkin,
You were only 'bumped' in my opinion... VERY lucky the damage is so minor. That quarter can probably be 'popped out' without much in the way of filler used to smooth it over. The bumper scuffing isn't too bad either.
It does look as if you have the regular Crossfire wheels on your SRT6, is that the case? or are you so distraught that you forgot which car was hit?
EDIT: Winter tires maybe?
All in all, it looks like you came out of the incident with minor damage. I am still impressed that the vehicle didn't loose control.
Cheers!

You can also read 'Winter' on the side of his tires.
AND, his limited is SSB - not black
I will agree with everything else you said - minor damage and little filler will be required. You're lucky! At that speed, it could've been MUCH worse!

Re: Sideswiped at 65!!
As has been discovered already "yes, this is my winter snow tire setup". The one indentation I agree can and should be able to be popped out but as to the bumber??? Well, can scuffs on a plastic bumper be buffed out or does it need to be replaced. I know the bumper is a pretty large piece and figured it will be expensive. I must say the kid "well, late 20's" was very apoligetic and wants to pay for the damage out of his pocket to save his insurance rates. That's ok with me just so it's all as it was.
As far as stability of this car, I swerved to the shoulder and probably saved a harder impact but the car stayed controlled and stable, no fishtail that I remember.

Re: Sideswiped at 65!!
Be careful about letting a person pay out of their pocket. Make sure to get complete insurance information!!!
I've been 'stiffed' with a body shop bill before because of something like this. Was there a police report? Did you report the accident to your insurance? Is there any way to PROVE this young man hit your car (aside from the damage)? Witnesses?
Again, just concerned you are going to get stuck with the repair bill... Good luck!

spoiler mount for an SRT-6 wing, but your wheels are definitely from a
base or limited. Why the change from the SRT-6 wheels to these?

Good plan!
I'm doing the Same with my New Kumho SPT's & my Stern ST1's, for my April to November driving & Stock SRT6 & Conti's for the "Winter Months".
