Do we have to modify the pump or is it going to be plug n play?

the only thing that you will have to modify is the wiring if you want the pump the way that it comes from Johnson...if not, we are going to create a direct plug and play harness so that you do not have to splice into your wiring harness...there will be a small fee for the direct harness...

please let me know if you have any other questions...

Isn't there a more powerful one? The CM90 I believe? Would be ideal for those of us with larger heat exchangers...

Do you carry this one or is the CM30 the one I'm thinking of after all?

The CM30 flows the correct amount of fluid over the HE. The CM90 seems to flow too fast and the fluid doesn't have enough time to cool. This is my opinion of course.

Well, you opinion is correct... 7gpm is ideal for the OEM system up to 400 hp... This is per Gerhard Schruff at Bell Intercoolers...

Larger HE and seperate cooling system instead of the OEM shared system... Also insulation of the IC from the engine heat...

the CM90 is still too much even with a larger heat exchanger...the idea behind what we have done with the upgraded heat exchanger and CM30 pump is to optimize the cooling efficiency of the system...if you flow more liquid than you can cool, you are defeating the purpose of the system...

No, the needed adapter is locked by the manuf. and will not be sold to the public.

There isn't another cost friendly solution at the moment.

The connector is made by TYCO and available online. I'm away from home working, otherwise I could give you the part number...

Correct, but Tyco (manuf.) isn't selling it.

This is from Tyco....I had about 20 email replies to her. Of course we don't need coding A.

For the mate: If you need cod A, the PN is 7-967570-3 There are no cod
B, C, or Z parts released for neutral sales.

Best Regards
