Yeah, he took my place. I don't have the disposable income to keep up at the moment...

I'll catch up though... I should be starting a new job making a lot more $$$ next month.

Long story. Basically I've been in the car business in one way or another for the better part of a decade. Currently, I'm selling cars (7 years, SUCKS right now, nobody's buying, and I'm going broke)... I started out wrenching on them in my teens. Went to VT and got into the Computer Networking thing. I worked selling parts for Advance Auto while in school. Got a good job with a startup technology firm, which became a dotcom victim and I got laid off. I then went back into selling parts to make ends meet. I gave that up on that after a while and got into car sales. Now I'm planning on going BACK into the service side of it as a Shop/Service Manager (not wrenching).

No more IT? It's very lucrative right now. You can easily get a job making 70K to start if you have the certifications and education. I'm in IT now too.

Certifications are all expired and out of date. I was trained back in the NT 4.0, Opera days. I'm not into it anymore anyway. I hate sitting in a cubicle behind a monitor all day. I like to be active and engaged in actual work, not just key strokes. The world needs all types of workers, and IT just ain't me. Even if I hadn't lost that job, I can't see myself having kept it anyway. Besides, running a shop pays close enough to $70,000 to make me happy and I love being around cars. It helps to enjoy your work and share your passions in your work. Of course a Transmission rebuild isn't too exciting, but installing the random Supercharger or Turbo system is!

pretty impressive dyno, but I really don't trust them anymore, after seeing how inaccurate they can be from differing manufactures. Usually a stock srt6 is in the 250 hp range, maybe a previous owner had the ecu flashed?
250 rwhp is to low for a stock SRT6, more like 284. If your at 250 you have a sick SRT.

I just finished installing mine. It was fairly straight forward. There were a couple of very minor frustration I encountered, but overall it was very simple. Anyone with any mechanical ability what so ever should be able to do it in an hour or less. It took me 3 hours because I kept getting interrupted. I'll do a formal write up once I get some seat time. It's raining like crazy here and probably will be for most of the weekend, so bare with me.

All right, lets stop diggin' on each other, this is a great forum with great people. Rob, that is a great product that you have created! Superchargers don't pull air very well so any restriction on the inlet side of the supercharger is magnified over a N/A engine. I guess this is why they are referred to as "blowers" and not "suckers". I'm looking forward to a final price!

All I can say at this point is that it sounds good. But I have been able to get it over 3,000 RPMS (DAMN RAIN)! Seems more responsive too. As soon as Noah finishes the Ark, I'll get to work...

ok, we ran the numbers, got 3 pulls before and 5 pulls after with the same ecu octane calibration "base", i averaged them out.
average before = 297.31 hp 283.69 tq
average after = 323.13 hp 304.58 ft /lbs of tq
= average gain of 25.82 hp and 20.89 tq for a bone stock car.

i'll have to get the 330 hp run moved onto the 1st graph but here are the 2 graphs we came home with.

** the 2 runs with wacked out afr's were when the sensor was knocked out of the tailpipe.

STRONG!

An average Increase of 25.2875 Horsepower?

An average Increase of 20.8750 Ft. lbs of Torque?

That's what I'm talking about. Funny how it feels like more than that.

Air/Fuel looks good too. Excellent work Rob!
