Not that Calif. gets all that cold, but ya, before the car is at NOT (Normal Operating Temperature), I do notice a slight delay. I'm not as fast on cold days when I get out of bed, but once I drink my coffee and my internal supercharger kicks in, I can really lay some heel marks on my wood flooring, especially if I'm headed to the bathroom to take a long overdue pee.

Guys/Gals,
I'd experienced the "hiccup" and I think I've stumbled onto a cure. Before I leave my driveway, I rev the engine to around 2,500 RPM, two or three times. When I enter the highway, no more "hiccup", regardless of the outside temperature. This apparently cures the super charger engagement issue. Try it...
