Hi guys... I think I may have one of the last SRTs made.... it's an 06 - serial - 068797. Black Roadster from South Africa. I just bought the car day before yesterday.

 

Sorry, mine is 068807. Maybe they were made the same week. I've seen a few later 06's than mine on the forum. I think the grey one in Germany is the highest number so far.

I thought that I read somewhere that the few 2006's made were all Grey?

 

Mines Aero Blue. 2006 was the first year for the grey color so the only year you find SRT's in Grey is 2006. However, 2006 SRT's are not all grey.

69395 is the highest one I have. Thanks for your number though as I did not have it.

 

I just picked up a 2005 SRT6 Black Roadster from a forum member, # is 50031 if you didnt have it. Images in my gallery.

Nice to see someone from SA with a SRT. I have a few friends in SA. From CT to Jo'burg, to Durbin.

I know a buddy of mine from CT saw my SRT and was quite jealous knowing it would cost a large amount of money to pick one up in SA...

Apparently E30 BMWs are the way most people go in SA.

Thanks for the welcome! yeah... BMWs are really big here. In fact, there are allegedly fewer than 10 SRTs in Africa as a whole. And in Botswana (Where I live) there's hardly any crossfires at all (3 or so.) It's got far more exclusivity than a BMW 7 series in this part of the world. lol.
