I saw that srt 6 at a online aution, sold while i was at the dragon, When it sold,. I had bid on it, but did not get it. The before repair photos i did not look bad, it also was running and driveable! The after photo"s looked ok! It was a theft recovery. I talked to the now owner by email not a bad price if u were going to keep it for a few years! After a few years rebuilt title should make no difference if someone was wanting it a a driver and not investment. I would buy, but i can get non rebuilt for a couple thousand are so more and have a easy resale. I now have 3 rebuilt title cars not xf , for company use have had no issues and have a combo of over 100, 000 miles.

This car drove nice. That is it did not pull or wander. The metal bar across/above the radiator was replaced and the 2 welded brackets that the bumper and lights attach was not there. The dash was repaired ok at best since the airbag deployed. The steering wheel airbag cover was replaced. I doubt if the airbags were replaced. He said they would have cost $1400. The lower grills were missing. The main grill was cracked. The Passenger door was replaced with a red door. The passenger speaker did not work. The paint job was poor. The undercarrage was missing. The A/C didn't work or should I say did not cool the car. One or more of the tire sensors did not work. The 2 new front tires did not have nitrogen in them, even though they had blue caps. Roadrash on every rim. I could go on. It would have cost you several thousand to bring the SRT up to par. And it did have a reuild title. If he would sell it for 7-8k, that would be a good deal.

Do you know what it sold for at the auction?

I took 15 or so pixs with my cell phone, but they really don't show the detail of the issues. That and I don't know how to transfer them to my computer.
