So how do I get in touch with Zach (SC) or Cliff/Eric in Ohio for the TCM?

So here's the info on using a Jeep amp in a crossfire:
Unfortunately, the two models are not interchangeable discountoemradios

The model installed is 36670C Q2 with the part number of A1938200489
I can check with interchange. Do you happen to know the model # of the amp currently installed? discountoemradios

Do you know if this will fit a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire with the infinity system. Some folks on the crossfire forum say it would fit.
02 03 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Infinity Radio Amplifier 56038407AF B616

So this begs a further question what is the difference in the pic above regarding Q1 and Q2 as well as the software versions. Just curious.

Well got in touch with Red Dog who had an amp available and the tunes are back in the xfire (rear speakers are working again). Much thanks to everyone on the forum for their help and assistance.

Glad to hear your system is back on line. Member Red Dog is one of the best members here for getting a part/parts from him. This of course IS a good thing. Happy "PermaGrin"!

When I started running a garden hose over the windshield without the trim pieces on I immediately saw what the problem was. There are two rubber cups that go one on each side of the windshield at the top to allow a little lug that's on the bottom of the top center windshield trim to fit into slots on each one of the two side pieces of windshield trim to hold them in place. After a few years these little rubber plugs begin to leak around the edges and sometimes they even slip down inside the metal of the roof the windshield surround. I placed these two little rubber plugs or boots in some marvel mystery oil for a few minutes and marvel mystery oil revitalizes rubber so they started to swell up just a little bit immediately. I'll let them soaking it for about 20 minutes then I pull them out clean them off and use a little bit of form a gasket to put under them as I set them back down into the holes in the roof where they came from I waited for several hours until the sealant dried then I ran the water over them again no leak I mean you can see the water leaking in before there was no leak I put the windshield trim pieces back on and I'm not had any more problems with water in the floorboard I believe this is 90 or 99% of the problem that everybody's having with the crossfire. Those two little rubber plugs are the culprit. Remember suck them in marvel mystery offer just a little bit clean them off good put the sealant on and put the plug in over the sealant around the edges and let it dry. Then put your windshield trim pieces back on and you shouldn't have any more leak problems.
Just wanted to say thanks for this. This fixed my front floor pan rust issue. I'll need to fully pull out the console and seats and wire brush and seal everything but that's where mine was coming from. Also tried clearing the drains but other than a few pieces of dirt and old leaves, not much else on there.

Mystery oil & RTV as well as better condition trim pieces off of ebay (top one had broken clips) also helped.

Rubber seal, sunken in before RTV & Oil

Rust in floor pan with carpet pulled up

Wire brushed and bad rust sealed (that was accessible without pulling seats)
