Mesh Grill
I got my new mesh grill installed. It is Black powder coat, did all three ( both lower bumper and main grill). Mine is the grill that SRT SIX sells. Installed well, main grill you need to bend the lower mounting tabs up just a bit, so the grill goes lower in the space. Getting old one out was very easy, just four screws and a little moving around, came right out. Lower grills were a little harder. You have to look it over to see what the instructions say and mean, then it makes sense. Just be careful of the little sensor in the drivers side grill, I think it is the outside temp sensor, but not for sure. Looks very good, very high quality. Very pleased with the look. I just have to get some compound to take out vibration scratches from the old grill and maybe some touchup paint.

Re: Mesh Grill
I'll try and load some up later. I have never done that on this site. Everything is a little harder than it should be. I took a couple of pics while I was doing the install, but lighting is not the best nad flash just makes a bright spot. It will be warmer this weekend ,I hope and can compound the grill opening to remove the old grill marks.

Re: Mesh Grill
There is a gap, but you can ajust it by either bending the mounting tabs or elongating the holes in the tabs and using screws with nuts on them instead of the plastic push fasteners. You can get it to fit really well if you spend a little extra time. I'm not finished with mine yet. I am going to have to repaint the grill opening . The old grill rubed through the clear coat. I think it looks very good even though I still have some tuning to do.

I'd like to see how it looks, though I haven't been a fan of most of the grills I've seen....at least for my car.
Look forward to the pic's dtinker!
