New Crossfire Owner
Re: New Crossfire Owner
Thank you for the welcome!! I am excited about owning my car. It's my dream car!
Congrats and welcome Jaime.
We need a few more ladies here on our forum.
Lots of fun you will have with a Roadster in Florida.
And we have a lot of other members in Florida here to.
Some even make the trip to a very cool Crossfire meet in the Spring and Fall.
Have a look and give it some thought.

Re: New Crossfire Owner
I drive through Ocala all the time... I live in St. Petersburg when I actually live in Florida, lol. I am in Illinois for school right now. I saw an Alabaster crossfire last time I drove through, some woman was driving it, I think it was between Ocala and Tampa... I tried to flash here, but it was too late ;S
And again, good choice on the black... definitely the funnest/fastest of the colors!
One more thing, it is good you have a dark color, not only the speed... but if you drive around Wild Wood area, I heard they have some kind of officer scandal thing going on. they are pulling over A LOT of light colored cars in suspicion of illegal aliens or for no reason at all... on my way back to Illinois, an officer pulled a guy over right infront of me, and his car was light colored. I heard a lot of stories from credible people being pulled over and ticketed for doing absolutely nothing... :S

I have several suggestions for you.
First, forget about your Sebring and your Pacifica. Nice cars but no comparison. Trust me, no regrets.
Secondly, watch out for these guys. They go nuts over a new pretty face. You can't believe 'em for sure.
Proof?
One of them will tell you Black is the fastest color and everyone knows it's SSB. Another will tell you only a roadster is a sports car, well that might be true.
And then there is the guy who will insist that a stick shift is the only true way to drive a roadster. Don't believe him either.

Welcome Jaime.......enjoy the new ride.
BTW....don't let the boyfriend / husband (you're too new for us to know that yet!) drive the car, you'll be sorry!

Both true statements!
Again.....we all know that you're absolutely right!

Welcome toots! (Donald Duck always called Daisy that so I think it's ok) You're gonna love your car and this forum. Sports cars in Florida or Southern California are really the best. How would you like to be in snowsville right now? Black is the fastest color but only if you wash it every day because the dirt builds up wind resistance. Have a blast and log in often.

Way to go Jaime! You not only bought one of the most "FUN" cars out there. You got one with the Coolest interiors.IMO
Lots of Florida Crossfire owners get together and share their passions for these cars. Be sure to join them for a great time, you'll be glad you did.
