I pick up the car, hopefully, today. I'll post the results about that and the seat heater part #'s.

I'm going to ask the tech next week about the type of lamps are used for the center console. Maybe I can find a higher output replacement?

At least no scuffs!

Thanks, Valk!

AND, I had a little run-in with a 3-5 year old Acura (they all look the same to me! ) on the way back.

Body Kit.
Fart can.
Blackout.

These were visible.

Intake.
Tune.
H2O/Meth (WTF?)
Attitude

These were NOT visible.

I caught up with him a bit later and spoke. (Hat in hand). Nice kid. Beautiful GF. She liked my car more than his. Good taste.

He backed off at 130 MPH but told me later that he had a over heat problem he can't figger' out. The way he blew by me, I think that the air is turning into a solid and can't get through the grille.

SOB was really quick. lots of fun though.

He knew what it was-sort of. "Is that the SRT?" He asked.

"Oh, hell no. You wouldn't stand a chance." Says I.

Default Transmission Leak

Hi my Crossfire Brethern,

I will say this about my Xfire, it is a pain in the butt to stay up on (I only have 20K miles on her but she has already had issues)- it is starting to remind me of a TR6 I owned many years ago....... anyways;

I too have a leak showing around the tranny pan, I put on a lift at friends shop- small amount of fluid all around the pan,,, I am assuming it is the TSB problem for the plug-

Tranmission leak repaired. Kit # 68021352-AA that Maxi had repaired.

I will take to the dealership after the holidays, still under warranty.

Thanks and Happy Holidays to all-

And to those inclined:

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL!

I have a feeling that almost all of these cars will have the same issues-just not at the same age.

Hope it goes smooth for you!

Woody summed up the transmission leak, He said it is in your future!
Sounds like the rest of the stuff you had fixed is there as well.

Nice to hear they fixed you up
