You're right beto, as pictured that's a nice compliment to the XF's interior paint scheme.
Can you be more specific about the Alpine unit?
Is there a model number? A search for "Alpine Marine" turns up only a few Alpine speakers designed for boats... 
EDIT: on further investigation, is this this your receiver? I've read that marine head units look silver in catalogs, but when shipped are pearl white....

That's why I didn't buy that Clarion headunit. I have an older Clarion unit that has been discontinued. I bought it used, because I couldn't find anything else I liked that looked right. It even has the correct illumination...
