Default To CHIP or not to CHIP

Has anyone installed a CHIP for more HP. I've read in diffrent parts of this forum about adding HP by adding a chip and replacing the stock air filters with carbon fiber twin tubes for better air intake. Worth the investment or a lot of hipe?

Do a search and see what you find, then make your own opinion.
There are a lot of posts on the subject.
My opinion is it's worth it.

I did both to my '04 and drove it 70,000 miles before buying my SRT6. Overall my cost with (chip tune) intake a V8 Benzbox was only $500 was it worth it ? Yes but only in the upper end of the of the 3.2 say after 3,500 - 4,000 rpms that's were it felt the most improvement!
