I had the lambo doors put on on daughters SRT. She likes them. They were done in Miami by MJ Creations. I think the cost would be $1000-1200. Check out my gallery, I think there are a number of pictures posted. Also do a search... lambo doors... That should point you in the right direction.
Do understand that you lose your washer reservoir for the windshield as it interfers with the door mechanism. GL

How is that? The reservior is nowhere near the door hinges... It's in front of the Battery...
