As one wise man stated, "It's not a true sportscar unless it's a manual transmission/stick shift." (Don't start throwing empty beer cans at me because you'll never reach me from where you are.) Therefore, when I was shopping for my roadster, I was looking for the 6-speed. That eliminated the SRT6 from my choices. The Vette I traded in was a 6-speed and I did so enjoy that car. I own an automatic pickup and an automatic SUV. I didn't want another automatic transmission.

Would I have hunted down a SRT6 if they were available in the manual transmission? I may have but I must say the 215hp with the 6-speed is sure fun to drive and has considerable acceleration. Also the gas mileage with today's prices is much appreciated.

Had them Both, Ltd Roadster & SRT6 Roadster, Get the SRT6, you Won't be disappointed (IMHO)
(But then, I wasn't dissappointed in my Ltd Roadster either, had it two years!)
