Default To buy, or not to buy... what do people think?

Hi all,

have just bought myself a brand new blaze red roadster with the srt6 alloys. It's the best decision I've ever made.

Just wondering if people think I should get the body trim to match? I can't decide whether it looks good on the roadster. Plus I have looked high and low for pics on the internet, but I have never seen a pic of a blaze red srt roadster. Does anyone know of any pics that exist, before I buy the body trim and decide I don't like it.

thanks for any help, advice or opinions...

Rob

There is no blaze red SRT6.
It came in 4 colors:
Black
Aero Blue
Gray
Sapphire Silver Blue

I'm guessing you have the 'Special Edition' roadster. Red w/ gray cloth interior, SRT6 wheels (with some gray paint between the spokes), etc.

Either way, congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the forum.

Yes, you have one of the special edition roadsters. I saw this one in Bonham, Tx a few weeks ago. I have never seen the numbers on these maybe another member knows how many were produced.

Frankly, since it is an unusual car I would not alter it. It might devalue it in future. Besides it looks great like it is. (save for the stupid black radio *****)

Not red, but here's an SRT-6 roadster.

Personally I'd stick with what you have.

That's not an SRT in the thumbnail. Its the SE! and the link is not red.

"The Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 is available in four colors for 2005: Aero Blue, Graphite Metallic, Sapphire Silver Blue Metallic and Black." There were no blaze red SRT-6 roadsters made to the best of my knowledge.
The e-Bay link is, as noted, an SRT-6 roadster, but not red. The picture attached is my own crossfire, just for fun.
