This is just a bump. I know it is a holiday week but don't want to lose this thread. I hope more info is coming.

 

DVD's are on their way to me as I write. As soon as I return to work next week I'll go in to the post office and check on S/H costs with the DVD in hand. I'll then post costs and you can PayPal me or send a check. Enjoy the rest of the weekend especially you 30 or so going to the Nats. I'm jealous.

OK, I just got the copies in from my cousin in AZ. I have 20 copies, professionally copied in plastic cases, with the Chrysler logo, Title and a Roadster printed on the DVD. The running time is 21 minutes. T'morrow I'm going to the PO to get a price on some sort of bubble wrap envelope to ship them and the cost for USPS Priority mail vs. regular First Class. As soon as I know the cost I'll post it and those interested (initially about 14 of you) can PayPal me the payment or mail me a check. Once rec'd I'll ship it out. After the first 20 are gone any additional copies made will be done by me and they won't be as professionally packaged and will probably be more expensive as I'm not buying blank DVD's and cases for what the pros do. So I'll post again t'morrrow and let you all know the story.

OK guys here's the scoop. I've gotten cardboard DVD boxes sold by the Post Office to mail these. They didn't think Priority Handling was a necessity so they'll go First Class to keep the cost down. Final price will be $10 complete. As I said, I've only got 20 copies professionally transferred and packaged. After that it'll be whatever I have to pay for the DVDs and as good as they come out with me doing the copying. I currently have about 18 names that expressed an interest on this thread so I'll hold your DVDs for a while to allow you guys to send checks or PayPal me. If you can just Email me to confirm that you're still interested at this price. If you're paying by PayPal send the payment to: buggy4cars@aol.com. If you can pay by bank transfer (through PayPal) it would be appreciated as there's no fee taken out doing it that way. If you pay by credit card (on PayPal) I believe there's a 4 1/2% fee + 30 cents each transaction. Don't forget to give me an EXACT mailing address to ship it. With First Class Mail there will be NO tracing lost packages. If you want to pay by check thats fine too. Send your check to Marc Mankuta, 8 Hughes Place, Dix Hills, NY 11746. OK folks, I've emailed or PM'd everyone that had expressed an interest in the DVD and all but 1 have been sold/shipped or committed to. I haven't heard back from 2 of you that had expressed an interest, mkl and ShadyXfire05. If you're still interested contact me ASAP before sending payment. If you're interested now but hadn't been before just contact me before sending a payment and I'll let you know if I have any available. I can always make more copies on my own for anyone interested but they won't be the specially produced and packaged editions initially done (with Chrysler and Crossfire images on the DVD). If there is still enough interest from a number of people I'll consider getting more professionally done but I'll have to see about the price as the first 20 were done as a huge favor and substantial discount.

OK guys the first 20 copies went quickly so I just bartered a deal to get 10 more copies and can do it for the same $10 price. Will probably have this next set in a week or so. If you're interested in one of these 10 let me know.
