STAYING ANYWHERE IN KEY WEST IS COST PROHIBITIVE AND AT PARMERS, OUR CROSSFIRE GROUP CAN 'TAKE OVER' THE ENTIRE RESORT FOR A MORE FUN AND INTIMATE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. FAIR WARNING: When our Crossfire group books up Parmers Resort, we do have a back up overflow plan . . . but . . . it is several miles farther away from Key West and won't be nearly as nice as staying at Parmers along with the "core group" because you will not be "where the action is". So . . . this is not a situation where you should sit back and plan to "do it later". If you want to participate in this Fabulous Florida Keys Crossfire GTG you really need to place your reservation at Parmer's Resort (and for the early arrivals at the Holiday Inn Key Largo) early!

I am really really wanting to commit to this trip, but I want to extend it bit. Red, any other connections for at least 3 more days in the area? I am working on the Bonita area, as I have friends there, as well as Tampa...so I might fill in there... Any suggestions beyond our 3 days ? Long trip to rest for 3 days...lol

Sounds like a wonderful time.....please count us in but as my wife Karen says, "I might be dead by then"! So I haven't made reservations yet but it sounds like a great adventure and we will be there!!! I'll pass this along to my 2 other neighbors here in Sarasota who own XF's and my wife's brother in S. Carolina who also owns one. WHAT A GREAT GROUP WE HAD IN SARASOTA LAST MONTH AND THIS SOUNDS LIKE ANOTHER FANTASTIC TIME! Thanks for organizing this.

I am watching this thread with serious interest. It is just too far ahead to be sure we can make it, but there is hope. Also I would like to convoy with others from Cincinnati to make the long trip down more enjoyable. Come on Mike, what do you say?

Kindly note that Parmer's has a very fair and liberal cancellation policy . . .
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the arrival date, will be refunded 100% of the deposit. If cancelled less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable, but will be held as credit for 1 year from the time of cancellation. If cancelled less than 72 hours before the arrival date the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation requests must be in writing.
For those of you "waiting until it get's closer to the event" to make your reservations, I suggest you get your reservations made to assure you have accommodations at Parmer's where the action will be. If something comes up that prevents you from attending, you can always cancel and get your deposit refunded (if you cancel at least two weeks prior to the event) . . .
