Re: Crossfire Fun in the Ozarks (Round 4) / June 23 -27, 2019
Post #3 reserved for additional event information
UPDATE 04/30/19 - Parade through town . . . On Thursday, 06/27/19 - Thanks to Peggy Hill, we were able to obtain a parade permit again this year and the Crossfires will enjoy a police escorted parade through the town of Eureka Springs! After the parade is our banquet (see below).
UPDATE 03/04/19 - Group meals - We have TWO group meals planned during the Crossfire Fun in the Ozarks (Round 4) event.
06/24/19 - Monday morning 9:00 AM - We have a combination breakfast buffet / driver's meeting set up in the motel conference center. Here we will introduce the group leaders and let them tell you about their planned runs. Attendees can then choose which run they want to participate in for that day. There will also be "sign up" sheets for the runs scheduled on the following days. Everyone should have the opportunity to go on most all of the various runs at sometime during this event. The cost of this breakfast buffet is $15.00 per person.
Note: Please plan to arrive at our host hotel sometime Sunday so you'll be fresh and be able to attend the breakfast buffet / driver's meeting on Monday morning.
06/27/19 - Thursday evening 6:00 PM - End of event dinner buffet set up in the motel conference center. The cost of the dinner buffet is $25.00 per person.
Total for BOTH group meals is $40.00 per person
Please send in your monies for these group meals via PayPal to my PayPal ID which is RedDogNumber1@aol.com. Kindly send your payment as "family & friends" to minimize the PayPal fee for these transactions. As the group meal payments are received, I will mark your payment on the attendee list in post #2 of this thread with an asterisk * for each person paid.

Re: Crossfire Fun in the Ozarks (Round 4) / June 23 -27, 2019
I would recommend to any owners that have not attended this event to strongly consider doing so. While it is a week-long event, it is one of the better venues the XFire Owners attend. The roadways are really amazing - Unlike those in & around The Dragon - Much more pleasurable to drive (my $0.02). The hotel itself is ideally suited to handle a group like ours. And Eureka Springs itself is truly an interesting locale to venture around in - Lots of sites and things to do. We've attended 2 events in Eureka Springs - The very first one in 2015 and the most recent one earlier this year. And we'll be attending future events in Eureka Springs in years-to-come.
