Yea, if we only could get done by, say, noon, we could do a "Georgia's Dragon" run in the afternoon. Well less than an hour from the event is GA60/GA180/US129.
BUT, I know full well we will be fortunate to be done with everything by 2-3.

I'm ready. Doing it right this time. 500 club promoting business cards, Oil for Transmission, oil for differential, low dust Street performance front brake pads, brake fluid, two sizes of solder, connectors, heat shrink tubing, heat gun, solder gun and (not shown) two extra gallon jugs for the old fluids. I can carry almost nothing else, I will have my basic tool kit with me but nothing more. At least I have what I always forget.........

WOW ...if I wasn't a Midwest owner I'd be there just for the gathering !!!
As it is my wife and I are heading out at 6am tomorrow for a trip down to Memphis, Tennessee to visit my niece.
She lives there right now and is working an internship with a theater in town
She is a stage set coordinator including costume and sound etc.
Y'all have a great day and post some follow up pics and stories to share with the rest of us

Woooow, what a day! 450 miles..10ec to NC, then into GA. Got stopped for 70 in 55 ...luck on my side ,he said ,"I'm warning you, slow down, thur here! " Got to the meet, in 3 1/2 hrs. Just a great day to own a xfire. Saw the sun come up, then watched the sun go down, from the seat of my baby! I took the the back roads, back thur GA ,then home to 10ec. Yes, all alone, the speedo was tested! Pizza guy installed 2stereo's. I can do mine by myself, now. ala_xfire , repaired a passenger side switch, for the lift on a roadster. Just standing around, talking an watching, heck you couldn't help but learn.." something." BIIIIG THANK YOU ,to Donald an Trish for having us, (puttin up with) an feeding us. Good people, sunshine, 450 miles an my stereo blasting...today was good !!

^^^^^ what he said !
It was good to finally meet you Steve, and I would also like to thank the Bramblets for hosting the event. Only a mere 150 miles each way for me, Atlanta 285 and I-20 west traffic backups as usual on the way back.
I was asked once again what kind of paint I used on my car. It is standard inferno red crystal pearlcoat from the factory, it has had the magic hands of Max Cichon applied with clay bar, polishing and Auto Glym wax from England.

Almost forgot to mention ,2 all stars ,that pit crewed at the event, Zak and Nick..aaaaw to be young again..lol. Mark should post some picks . SRT6GRL ,had a wrapped, green ,06 that was awesome. Yes, she wrenched on it. And George's paint, I thought was aftermarket, almost looked like metal flake. If you have red, you need ,his an Max's detailing routine. When they do this again, if your with in a few hundred miles an the sun's gonna shine, get up..gas up..an have a good day!
The pleasure, was mine George. It's great to shake the hand of someone's advice ,you follow on the forums. Mark..what can I say, glad you posted, "Almost Forgot".

Nick was in command of LoraLie's front-brake-pad-and-fluid job as well as changing my differential fluid.
George and Zach as well as others helped when it came time to bleed the brakes.
Some just watched and when asked for their technical input, could only offer a beer.............
If you neeed a good bloodletting, call Nick.
