Just to make sure everyone on board with the karts is aware of where this sits.
This is a plan for Wednesday after the lunch train.
A list of who is riding the go karts is being updated daily in post #620 in this thread
The more the better so let me know in a PM or a post in this thread
It is $675 for two hour facility rental.. 60 people will have us at $11 each It is $337 for one hour facility rental.. 30 people will have us at $11 each We can rent the place with less people but more dollars per person. I have till Thursday morning to let them know if we intend to do this. And all you math wizards.. yes those numbers don't come up even but I think Sherri and I can make up that difference rather than quarter everyone to death.. LOL.

For those "south" of Eureka.. this is just north of Cass AR. It is part of our travel route and we'll work out a back up if it's not fixed within this time.
A section of the Pig Trail (hwy 23 in Franklin County) is temporarily closed by the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department
This is approximately 60 miles South of Eureka Springs.
While this will temporarily impact a small area of the Pig Trail there is tons of great riding to enjoy in the region when based out of Eureka Springs. We are surrounded by all sorts of rides but just wanted you to be aware of this. You can visit www.Idrivearkansas.com to keep up with road conditions.

I think we need someone else doing "our" planning this year.. EVERYTHING has been rained out that we've planned so far!
And on the bright side... if it's "our" weatherman in on that forecast.. there won't be a drop of rain.. LOL
Re: Crossfires Across America #6 - Ozark Mountain Region - June 15-18, 2015
Never fear, I'll be there come rain or shine. That's what tops and wipers are for.

Sherri just reminded me.. we can blame Bloo Ize.. ! Originally was this week at initial planning.. Bloo noted school would not be out up there so we kicked it out another week to try to get Washington state folks a window to work with!

Had a conversation this morning with folks at Keels Creek Winery. They were excited about the prospect of having some of our group come visit their facility next week for a wine tasting. Asked them whether they preferred MON or TUE for our visit. After some discussion, they indicated that MON afternoon would work better for them. I told them we would probably come by on Monday around 4:30 PM. Indicated that 20 folks might show up. He said that would be fine and they could handle our group.
Gotta get back to the coupe.

I will be staying in Nashville on Friday evening and leaving early Saturday morning for the trip to Branson, not sure if anyone want to join me or taking the same route to Branson? I am to get there late afternoon in time for the evening meal with Gary and friends.

Owner told me they would have 7 bottles of their wine selection opened for our tasting. Wonder what the rest of you guys will get to drink?
