I will be aiming at being there between 8:30 and 9:00 to me yall for breakfast as usual. John Book took us on that road the first time. No Howard this time unless he bought that Z 06 or if I can talk him in to comming up and driving the Roadster

 

My group has only gotten 1 ticket ever and that person didn't keep a tight formation. :P It was also the first time that I had multiple first timers with me.

 

I kinda figured you or Mark is where I need to fall in with. I'll have to find the tourist "hit every shop" run though to keep the wife happy..

 

That would be pacemaker's tour, but I think he said he wasn't going to lead it any more after the poor attendance at the last one.

Guess with enough of us "newbies" .. Might he reconsider if we did a basic sign up sheet and there was enough interest? During CAA#4 I think we hit every tourist stop along the route...3/4 of the same thing in every shop... I'm sure not as many as along the dragon.. but it was nice to stop and socialize along the run.

Nick, sign me up for your run on Friday, although i probably wont do the 3 mile hike as i have a bad knee. I aim to arrive Thursday lunchtime ready for a good night of banter and a few bevvies, with you Max and the nipper (Shaun). Cant wait.

 

As I will be flying in and arriving on Thursday evening, I will be at the mercy of someone else to give me a ride. Any takers?

Haha, no I will have a cheap rental to get to the lodge, but I certainly don't want to have to drive it the whole weekend.

 

Your slipping through the corner on me.. We send the wife off on a shopping spree.. via bus (or cheap rental car ) then go see how much tread we can take off my car.. LOL

Please add my wife and I (Thorn and Margaret) to the list. Just made the lodge reservation. Not sure which group we will be going out with as we are first timers... I would not hesitate to go out with the aggressive group, but the wife, not so much.
