Yea, that is nothing like the Dragon, but it DID put me in mind of Mecca as well.

I ALMOST ran up to the Dragon today - the Sunday before T-giving is a great time to be up there - you get the place to yourself and the LEO force is (I guess) only one car for maybe 2 or 3 hours. I had an epic time there last year with two (older than me) guys on sportbikes and a handful of fast cars. But it's 15 to 20 degrees cooler this year - 41F is just too cold to be pushing the tires, IMO.

Added Steve - list updated - but I MAY not be on here much for nine days, got three BUSY work days and then I fly to see the kids in Michigan. Not sure I'm taking the computer on this trip. Back next Monday.

They are following me up on Thursday, Gary - I'll see to it they get off to a good start and meet all the right people.

(Probably can't stop them from meeting Nick - but I'll do my best!)

He said he won't do the Devil's Run this time - but I may lead a moderate group up there, not sure.
If I do, we will skip the Skyway and run the Dragon up and back.

Not sure what Nick will do - no one is ever sure....

Not even Nick until closer to show time. But they always turn out to be fun runs.

I have absolutely no clue LOL I do know I won't be doing a triangle run. It's just too damn long of a day and it's even worse when I have to be the morning ****. "We're leaving at 9:00 sharp, if you're not there you will be left." LOL I felt terrible saying that, but I had a tight schedule to keep that day.

Friday we're looking to do something outside of the car. We've talked about hiking since the trails are beautiful Especially the spring and fall. I've also mentioned going to the road to nowhere on Friday as well. There's some places to hike at the end of it, plus good food nearby.

Jim we've not forgot about you. Shawn personally said you could ride him piggy-back style if we go hiking.

I might be in on that... I've never spent a bad day hiking - and keep saying I'm going to go up there some weekend just to walk (but the temptation to drive is just too strong - need a pickup to drive up there so I'll stay on the trails.)

As many times as we've been I would much rather ride with someone and enjoy everyone's company. Of course I have the roads I want to drive, but it really is a been there done that kind of thing.

We were not going to make either of the Dragon trips this year because we got engaged a few months ago and have to plan a wedding, but I don't think I can stay away for a year.

Trying to decide if we should hit the spring or fall, with Mark at the helm, this ship could go any which way LOL

Get married at the Lodge. I'm not ordained to perform a wedding, but I can be the ring bearer or flower boy or something.

I've always wanted to be a bride's maid.
