We have decided we are definately going to make it down for this one! We plan on leaving early saturday, stopping in Salt Lake to meet up with some friends and stay the night there. Sunday we will make the second half of the trip, putting us there early afternoon easily.
Looking forward to it!

Well, Valk, it a long time until the 4th of July and my summers usually blow up in my face. My sons have friends who live in the Denver area and they are up for the trip. Just not sure my cars are up for a trip that far especially the coupe. As time gets closer and my modding is finished I will know better.... I know the roadster would be fine...so we are working on it....

WOW! It looks like really beautiful country and great fun. We would love to join the party . . . BUT . . . It's 2,302 miles from Key Largo FL to Rifle CO. Then after we run around CO with everyone, we'd have to drive back home again. I'm afraid we won't be able to attend this one. Wishing everyone great weather and lots of fun!

Keep in mind that it is about 850 miles or so from OKC to Rifle. Making that in one day may be quite a haul! We do have a few hotels in Parker if you want to stay in area on Saturday night. Let me know if anyone wants to do that and I will recommend a few places.
