Houston cars we should try to meet up and drive together. That's if there are any cars from Houston. I see a crossfire almost every day going to or from work and can't even get them to wave back. My tints not that dark.
WTF is up H-Town?
Oh...NFS group of course.

As you probably noticed the last time you were with us, we don't always know where we're going but we manage to get there in spite of ourselves.

What does everyone think about making up name and car tags for all the attendees?
It may seem a bit hokey to have the "My Name Is:" tags, but it could be helpful in putting the forum name, real name, car and face together, especially someone like me who is moniker-challenged. Also, I've seen many individual pics of cars in large gatherings like this but have no clue who they belong to - last TMS day we had only 15 cars - we are already up to 26 with 4 months to go. I was envisioning something large enough on the vehicle to show up in an individual car pic...
Just a thought - any ideas or suggestions?

I endorse the idea of identifying the cars, however, is a sin going to stay on at 110-120 mph? Perhaps a number on the driver's door wih a non damaging white wash or chalk base paint like used in car lots or kids cars. Numbers could be assigned from Dan's roster and those with 2 cars have an A & B after the #.

I was thinking of some sort of sign only for pics and parking lots, not to be used while driving. Maybe something that fits under one of the wipers? Don't want to put anything on the painted parts that may scratch *shudder*.
Re: Texas Motor Speedway - Running of the Xfires II - Sept. 26th
Wow. I just worked all day and come home to check on my forum and find a big picture of me and my car on this thread. I now feel that I have been adopted by Texas. You ask, will the "sin" or sign stay on at 120 mph? Yes. These are my numbers that I use for racing. They are large (smaller magnetic signs will come off) I drive at 120-130 mph and don't loose the signs at all. HOWEVER, these aren't cheap. I will be bringing my numbers for my car as I can't tell my car from everyone elses. I can't even buy pictures at the dragon cause I can't tell my car from the other 10 graphite SRTs - I learned my lesson and won't forget my numbers again. We had name tags made for the Tail, but I don't recall who made them. I know Valk will know who made the tags.
I tell you, I'm living each day to get to Texas. Now, I just got to get SRT6 in Tulsa to come. Where is he at anyway?

Most of the information is on the first two posts of this thread. The more the merrier. There are several from the houston area already so you can come on up as a group.
