That sounds GREAT! We'll bring our two fold up chairs, that should help a little. Can't wait, this is going to so much fun.

Don't jinks it

I am on the site daily and it looks like we have a soft opening on September 14. Right on schedule

I have 3 chairs... Eric, I hope you don't mind... two are Dallas Cowboys Chairs... if you don't like it - you better just deal with it... lol

I can make some J-poppers also... Do we have someone who grills well... My grill is "Char"coal.... I do okay with it, but the only domestic thing about me is... I live in a house. I am not a good cook...

Danimal did some great grillin at the Dragon meet last spring and I don't do to bad myself so no worry about the manning of the grill.
I'm sure we have a great amount of grilling talent among all of us.

Ok. I have this wild hair up my **** that I need to attend this event. You need to convince me why I shouldn't come to this event...

- Do I need to bring any special safety equipment for this event?
- Looks like folks may be staying at the Motel 6?
- Anything else I may have missed?

I have no problem with manning up to a grill or two.

Just as long as someone can provide me with the secret weapon - a squirt bottle full of water!!! Gotta fight the flare-ups, you know.

Danny & Sonia (texas t) can pick up folding chairs, tables etc. a few days before the event with his trailer and bring them to the motel and bring back Sunday or Monday. Please coordinate with him on how to handle that. We need chairs, few tables and we have Dan's grill, we maybe need Char's also... don't know of the grill size. Please let us know who's interested in the BBQ (for organisation purposes).

Dan also volunteered to bring a Magarita machine (non alcoholic... drinkers add there own booth ) which we can set up in one of the rooms. Also if someone has a screen - I have a video projector to hook up on computer or DVD player - that would be awesome to show previous TMS and new TMS videos. Would set it up by the pool area. Who doesn't want to see Hal's (stogey) video from the last TMS again?

Help us out guys to make this an unforgetable event

Sonia is going to provide the beans and potato salad... Thanks Sonia

For food & beverage we are thinking of going ahead and by the necesarry items and divide the totel $$$ between how many we are (thinking around $15,- per person). Just let us know... its only a few weeks away!

That is quite reasonable....let us know if you want us to send $$ on ahead, or collect on arrival. Everything sounds like one heck of a good time. Makes me want to start packing now.

Dan & Sonia (texas t) is willing to use his money in front and we pay him on Saturday. PM him if he wants the $$ up front. I would like to think $15,- per person is okay?

Count me and Victor and my nephew Christopher in for the BBQ.
We will contribute the funds whenever they are needed.
