It looks like I might have the Hilton Hotel chain lined up for discount rooms across NA. I have been a Diamond member of theirs for 10 years because they have the largest chain of hotels from Hampton Inns to Waldorf Astoria, 1000's of locations. We might even get some sponsorship out of them.
Second, I have started the ball rolling getting on the Discovery Channel's HD Theater as a special. They require a producer and I remembered I befriended an independent many years ago and gave them a call. They are absolutely 100% behind the idea ( I also found out that they gave me Executive Producer credit on their independent short film that just played at the Cannes Film Festival!)
Last I just might have sponsorship from a HUGE electronics firm.
For those who wanted to participate in the planning, look for a contact PM in the next couple weeks so we can have a conference call and assign duties.
For the rest, please continue to post your intended participation. This IS going to be the biggest Crossfire event in the World!!! (coming back down to earth and calming down LOL)

Good to know. I've got a contact (wife's maid of honor) for a local Hotel at a Casino that my be able to accommodate some good prices and set aside some rooms similar to how we do it at the Tail.

Count me in. Too bad everyone couldn't get away the third weekend in September. One of the largest
Mopar shows in the nation is held in St Louis. Last year there were over 600 cars.
I'll be glad to lead a convoy out of Kansas City - if you can keep up.

Hey, I had an idea, not sure if it's too feasible, but I noticed that there was that map at the bottom of the attendance list, and was wondering if there was any way to put little pins or something on it for where everyone is coming from? Just was an interesting thought.
