Hello all.....got home safely Monday night about 10PM...Lisa and I stopped in Toledo area for dinner then split up...I must say I enjoy the GTG at the Dragon more each time....maybe not the Dragon but I haven't given up on it yet...Jane, I practiced my dancing everytime I could on the way home and will continue to do so...James thank you so much, you taught me a lot about handling my car and I will practice that too...maybe if I get the hang of it some day I will be oldest grandma to drive that Dragon...and really like it!!! Great to meet so many new folks this year and hope they all keep coming back.
Olga and Kevin you were so much fun to hang out with and I really enjoyed meeting you, and Janine and Don and Dennis...what fun at the Biltmore...don't forget to visit me in Ann Arbor....Judi

Tom, Tom, Tom, you knew you were getting a ticket before we even left LOL and thanks for the compliment, every time I went back through, I was getting a little better and that thing was just plain old hooking up this weekend
Don't go telling all of our secrets now
Anytime Scott, I know I sure had a blast. Keep me posted on that burner and DVDs

I knew Tom was going to get a ticket on the way home, last time I almost did.

I first want to thank everyone who have posted their thanks to me here.
My efforts in planning this are rewarded by all of you that come to the GTG.
It's a good feeling to provide an opportunity for everyone to come together and have a nice time and meet one another and find out just how fun and safe our Crossfires really are.
I spend my time driving home just thinking of all the conversations I have had with so many terrific people some whom I see each year and others who I am happy to have just met.
You are all wonderful people and I hope you all will come back next spring or fall.
I logged a total of 1719 miles total for the entire trip.
421 miles were all driven over the weekend in the mountains over the 2 days of driving the loops.
That Sunday loop was a blast and driving the Cherohala skyway at dusk and into darkness was pretty cool to.
I will post photos as soon as I sort them all out and do my editing.
Thank you all for coming !!!

Well, after 21 hours of driving and 1456 miles, I got home today at about 2PM MST. What a great weekend (besides that extra $160 that North Carolina wants from me)! Great to see old friends and new ones! Hope to see you all in St. Louie in June. Pics will be posted soon. I even managed to get some top down driving in before hitting home!

Me - Washington County Sheriff. I almost sh*t my pants when they came up Paul's Driveway. I got off with a very stern warning and he let me know I was pretty much a gnat's *ss away from getting a ticket.

Did you guys get to spend any time with the Corvette folks? I was so sad to miss the Dragon this time (second fall in a row) but I will be there next spring. I was a cranky brat all weekend thinking about all the fun I was missing out on with you guys. Of course we did have one guy take that weekend off of work - he no longer had a job Monday morning ... they might be serious about that end of month thing!

BTW - if the guy took off without permission, he should be fired

He chased me for my speed, but ticketed me for not using my turn signal when I pulled over. Nice.
Now $124 for a failure to use turn signals, I'm scared to know what the speeding tickets cost out there!

I found pics of myself, Deb and Silversaph (and others, far as that goes) that I liked on all three sites.
(Didn't find anything of me at Zeephoto.com that I was all that excited about).
