You can put us in lower Group I;m like to do some sight seeing and take some nice Pic .and maybe my better half can relax a little Really look forward to Meeting Everybody and hope the weather hold out , Spring meet was a little wet ,but still had great time !

If you guys/gals set up a meeting place in Florence KY, count me in and keep me posted. I assume you mean the 'rest area' just south of Florence? Or in the mall or? I live really close and know the area very well.
If I was going it alone, I would be leaving and driving through the Florence area around Friday 6 a.m. or so. What are your times if you know yet?

As of now I plan to stay overnight Thursday night in that area but will not probably not leave til around 10ish Friday morning.
Hoping to meet up with crossfirefrank and msgump and msxfire from Michigan.
Also tnn14 lives in Florence and can not leave until about 10 am.
I will keep ya posted as the plans are finalized.

It is almost 300 miles exactly from Florence to Fontana Dam. Driving time about 5½ hours. That would put us at the Lodge about 4 pm with stop here and there. Originally I wanted to be there earlier in the day, but I know you guys are coming from a longer distance. We can figure something out as time gets closer.
There is an exit, MALL ROAD, that will take you right in next to the mall. It may be less congested and easier to meet up there. Just an idea.

Did that run in 5 hours flat in constant pouring rain with a gas stop in the spring.
4:00 is probably pretty accurate but I suspect we could be there by 3 pm if we hit it.
Mall rd could work for sure.
Believe me, if I could get there sooner it wouldn't be soon enough but my Michigan buds need 5 hours to make Florence,Ky if they do come.
So they will be leaving at 5 am already.
